The Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce, The National Children’s Advocacy Center and the North Alabama Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management held a luncheon today at which they named Torch Technologies as one of the “Best Places to Work” in the area.
Judges chose winners based on independent, anonymous employee surveys completed earlier this year, and Torch’s win places the company as among the five best medium-sized companies in our area. Additionally, the award recognizes Torch as one of the 15 best places to work overall in Huntsville/Madison County.
Over 70 companies received nominations. Five winners were selected in each of the three size categories, which were as follows: small (up to 75 employees); medium (75 – 249 employees); and large (250 or more employees).
