Torch Technologies, Inc., announced today that the Missile Defense Agency awarded the company with five competitive task orders under its Missile Defense Agency Engineering and Support Services (MiDAESS), Group 3: Engineering Support Capability Group Small Business Set Aside Contract for the following technical efforts: Information Assurance and Computer Network Defense; Command, Control, Communications and Battle Management (C3BM); Concurrent Test, Training and Operations (CTTO); Distributed Multi-Echelon Training System (DMETS) Engineering; Threat Engineering; Test Analysis and Reporting; and Flight Test Provisioning.
The MDA Engineering and Support Services (MiDAESS) Program Office manages these procurements. The office oversees the acquisition of advisory and assistance services for the MDA. MiDAESS, a cornerstone contract vehicle, enables the MDA to efficiently acquire cost-effective services. The performance period of each task order includes one base year, with a one-year option. The cumulative value for these five task orders is $46,662,994.
