Torch Named One of the Best Workplaces in Colorado Springs for Third Year

Torch Technologies (Torch), a 100 percent employee-owned company, is proud to announce that it has been named one of the Best Workplaces in Colorado Springs for the third time.

The 7th annual Best Workplaces event was hosted by the Colorado Springs Gazette on December 7, 2023. Selections for the Best in Business awards were based on anonymous survey responses completed by employees in the Fall of 2023. The anonymous surveys assessed companies' leadership, culture, mission, values, benefits, training, and social responsibility.

The Best Workplaces awards seek to recognize companies that truly understand the essential link between a positive corporate culture and bottom-line performance and growth. Further, the awards program celebrates organizations that cultivate workplace cultures that recruit and retain a strong workforce in the Colorado Springs area.
