SeaPort-E is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. The Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) compete their service requirements amongst multiple SeaPort-e IDIQ contract holders.

Torch Technologies has established, documented, and implemented a Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with the requirements of the International Standard ISO 9001:2015. Torch Technologies’ QMS is the means of implementing process improvements and ensuring all services conform to specified customer and company requirements. Torch Technologies:
Has determined the processes needed for the QMS and their application throughout the organization;
Has determined the sequence and interaction of these processes;
Has determined criteria and methods needed to ensure both the operation and control of these processes are effective;
Ensures the availability of resources and information necessary to support the operation and monitoring of these processes;
Monitors, measures and analyzes these processes; and
Implements actions necessary to achieve planned results and continual improvement of these processes.
These processes are managed by Torch Technologies in accordance with the requirements of the International Standard referenced above. It is the policy of Torch Technologies to provide services and customer support of the highest quality in the respective market segments served.
