At Torch, our commitment to our core attributes extends past business to our local communities. We encourage our employees to be a partner in their communities. Bill Roark, Torch Co-Founder, explains, “Giving back to the community and supporting the community is something that was important to the employees early on — and still is.” We take great pride in our involvement with our communities through our employees’ donation of not only resources, but also our time. With our company’s growth, our community involvement has also grown, and we now actively engage our community in three ways: Torch Helps, Torch In Action, and Torch’s corporate charitable giving. Torch has collectively contributed over $3.5 million to our local communities.
