OASIS and OASIS Small Business (SB) are multiple award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts that provide flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services. These contracts:
Span many areas of expertise and mission spaces; Span multiple professional service disciplines;
Allow flexibility for all contract types, including hybrids and cost-reimbursement, at the task order level; and
Allow ancillary support components, commonly referred to as Other Direct Costs (ODC), at the task order level.
The core disciplines of the contract include program management services, management consulting services, logistics services, engineering services, scientific services, and financial services.
Torch Technologies holds a prime contract in OASIS pool 6 (research and development (R&D) for Aircraft Systems), and OASIS Small Business pools 4 (R&D), 5a (R&D for Aircraft Subsystems), 5b (R&D for Missiles and Space), and 6 (R&D for Aircraft Systems).

We perform state-of-the-art design, fabrication, testing, and evaluation of electronic, electromechanical, and mechanical partial and full-scale systems.
Torch designs, develops, tests, delivers, and supports both runtime and real-time software in many different applications employing both CMMI and agile strategies.
Systems Engineering and Integration
Torch applies traditional and non-traditional interdisciplinary engineering expertise to advance the Warfighter’s “art of the possible” in broad domains of weapons, manned and unmanned platforms, software, sensors, data fusion, management, and systems integration.
Test and Evaluation
Torch provides engineering, scientific, and analytical disciplines to ensure that developed systems have been properly tested and evaluated. These include test architecture and scenario design, test planning, test resources and provisioning, pre-mission risk reduction analysis, and post-mission data reduction and analysis.

Torch Technologies has established, documented, and implemented a Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with the requirements of the International Standard ISO 9001:2015. Provides mathematical, engineering and software development services for the GRDCS, which is used to track and control aerial targets.
