Torch Employees Establish Torch Helps.

 

Huntsville, Alabama, June 23, 2005:

 

Employees of Torch Technologies announce the establishment of Torch Helps, Inc., a non-profit corporation. This organization has been established to provide financial support to local non-profit organizations.

Torch Helps, is funded by employees of Torch Technologies through payroll deductions and direct contributions as well as company matching. 100% of all money contributed to Torch Helps will be given to eligible organizations. Employees of Torch Technologies have volunteered to serve as officers and board members of Torch Helps.

It is the goal of Torch Helps to give back to the community by helping local charities in areas such as: providing food and shelter for the homeless; provide support to the terminally ill and their families; building playgrounds for underprivileged children; provide assistance to the aged and handicapped; provide adult role models for children in need; provide foster care, therapeutic and educational services for children, and many other worthwhile services. Torch employees through Torch Helps strive to serve the community by sharing their time and resources to support the needs of the community.
