Tina Corley, Director of Finance

Ms. Corley formerly served as Director of Finance for Torch Technologies since its inception in October 2002.

Ms. Corley brings a broad base of financial and contractual expertise and experience to the board related to DoD contracts.

While at Nichols Research, Ms. Corley was the Chief Financial Officer of the Government Segment, a segment of Nichols Research representing $357 million in annual revenue.

In addition, Ms. Corley has over ten years of management reporting and operational experience working at Mevatec Corporation, Nichols Research and Southeastern Technology Fund.

Ms. Corley was also an auditor at Ernst and Young for five years.
