Sue Clark, Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Clark has over fifteen years experience in financial accounting and auditing in the government and commercial environment.

Prior to being appointed CFO at Torch Technologies, Inc., Ms. Clark was Chief Financial Officer for Logistics & Environmental Support Services Corporation.

In addition, Ms. Clark was a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Senior Government Consultant for Beason & Nalley, P.C., and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) for Nichols Research.

Ms. Clark earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Alabama in Huntsville.  Ms. Clark became a Certified Public Accountant in 1994 and a Certified Internal Auditor in 1998.
