Our management team shares common values, buit is comprised of diverse backgrounds and personaliites. We feel it is necessary to allocate different parts of the management challenge to managers based on their interests and skills.

However, what we consider unique or special about our management approach has evolved over time. An "Office of the CEO" has emerged. Each morning the management team briefly discusses the issues facing the company and the approach ahead to deal with those issues. This open communication produces a management team that is focused on key issues facing the company, generates plans in real-time, and thus allows us to work incredibly well as a team. It enables us to make agile decisions, and to respond quickly to changing requirements.
