The purpose of the SETAC contract is to obtain systems engineering and technical assistance for the US Army Space & Missile Defense Command (USA SMDC), Program Executive Office-Air & Missile Defense (PEO-AMD), the Ground-Based Midcourse Defense Joint Project Office (GMD JPO), and other associated US, air, space, and missile defense organizations. The SETAC contract is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Task Order contract using Fixed-Price Labor Categories. Torch Technologies is currently a subcontractor on several prime SETAC contracts.
