Excellence Through Experience.

We began operations in October 2002, with headquarters in Huntsville, Alabama. Due to our founders' professional experience of having been through a painful acquisition, the initial goals were; to be recognized as a premier services provider for our Department of Defense (DoD) customers, and to be an employee owned company where all employees could have ownership.

Our first contract award from the Joint Common Missile Project Office in December 2002 started a rapid growth surge for Torch, as we added major customers AMCOM and SMDC.

Our revenue was almost $3M in our first complete year of operation (2003), more than 3x our projection.

Rapid growth continued with revenue exceeding $6M in 2004, and the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) was implemented, bringing our second goal to fruition.

Growth continues steadily, and we currently have more than 140 employees, sales have exceed $26.9M revenue in 2008, and most importantly, employee ownership has exceeded 70%, with plans for 100% ownership by 2012.
