Torch is the lead developer of the open source high fidelity tri-mode Common Scene Generator (CSG) computer image generation tool currently being used for JCM, Javelin, Hellfire, NSLOS, and other Theater Missile Defense (TMD) programs.

CSG performs low cost all-digital rendering of IR, SAL and MMW target and clutter signatures to stimulate sensor models, tracking algorithms, and tactical flight code.
